Refection to Project 1

What did I use to draft Project 1? Nothing.

I read Chapter 1, but I didn’t find it extremely helpful to the draft of Project 1. I wrote as I went along, which tends to be most helpful for me. I find my writing to be easier to construct when I just write and look at the prompt as I write to ensure I cover all/most bases. This strategy is most helpful when I have a lot to write about a topic that I don’t find dense.

When I write about research topics, I have it organized by subtopics. With the writing topic, it was possible to organize it by prompt questions, but that would affect my ability to meet the length requirement. It sounds strange, but when I am able to just write and bounce around because the topic is pretty much the same throughout, I can write a lot more.

I did not use any course key terms to write my Project 1 draft. The only consideration I see now is that it may have been easier to write if I would have put a little more thought into the the draft before writing it.

I found writing about this topic a little difficult, because the topic is not very interesting to me. I also feel like it’s not dense enough to dwell on however, I do feel my professor presented enough questions in the prompt to allow me to keep writing.
